Position: Accounts Assistant
Reports to: Cost Accountant
Location: Kampala
Responsibilities:
• To support the business functions in determining appropriate costs and pricing for all the products and services offered by the business.
• To ensure maintenance of proper stock control and performing monthly checks to ensure compliance with accounting standards and business requirements
• To ensure accurate recording, evaluation, physical verification and disclosure of all company fixed assets.
• To assist in the Budget and Forecasting process requirements of the business
• To support in sales invoicing
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Degree in Commerce or any other Business related discipline
• Two years’ experience in an accounting role
• Professional qualification in accounting
• Strong knowledge in MS Word and Excel
