Senior Position reporting directly to the finance Controller
Main Job Responsibilities:
In charge of budget elaboration in conjuction with cost control, accounting
and technical/ support departments.
Ensure regular review of the estimate Final Cost (EFC) and budget in
accordance with the budget timetable and monitor and report the budget
perforamance.
Prepare reports for JV partners and government authority meetings as well
as liaise with JV partners for budget and performance Reviews.
Attend to queries from Government authorities, auditors
