Our Client, National Housing and Construction Company Limited (NHCC) is a 48
year old private limited liability company jointly owned by the Government of
Uganda and the Government of Libya. The company’s major area of business is
construction of residential and commercial buildings.
We seek to recruit a visionary, strategic, innovative, enterprising and dynamic
individual to provide leadership as a Chief Executive Officer towards achieving
NHCC’s mission of provision of adequate and affordable housing for all in Uganda
in line with the organization’s vision, mission, mandate and the set policies and
guidelines.
Requirement:
The successful candidate will have;
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a chief executive officer and/or 10 years
in an executive level role overseeing large, diverse groups, projects and portfolios
in a reputable organization
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction
Management, Quantity Surveying, Housing Development, Housing Finance or a
related field will be an added advantage
A professional qualification and or registration in a relevant technical area will
also be an added advantage
Demonstrate entrepreneurial and innovative competences to cultivate strategic
partnerships, secure long term affordable financing for NHCC housing projects
and turn around the company into a competitive, results oriented and profit making
organization.
