Job details:
The Manager, Medical centre will be responsible for the day to day operations of
the center, ensuring the provision of effective, efficient, quality medical services to
all the clients.
Responsibilities:
• Taking lead in the implementation of quality assurance programmes at the
centre
• Addressing patients and clients concerns
• Analyzing business development strategies to improve market share
• Staff supervision
• Data management
• Being responsible for general maintenance of the centre
Skills & Knowledge:
• Bachelors Degree in business management or related field from a recognized
institution
• 5 years supervisory experience in an out patient medical centre or a similar
health services set up
• Excellent customer services and public relations skills
