Specifications
• A Minimum of a bachelors Degree in Social Sciences , Social work and
Social Administration , Development studies, Education or any relevant field with
M&E as a course. Post graduate training in Project Planning & Management ,
Monitoring and Evaluation , Community Development & Research is of added
advantage.
• Working knowledge of particular research methods , qualitative and
quantitative analysis and application of computer data management packages
and hands on experiences in setting up and managing M&E systems , preferably
in NGO setting.
