Job details:
Century Bottling Company Limited is a Franchise Bottler and distributor of Coca
Cola Products in Uganda. As Plant Engineer you will report directly to the Regional
Manufacturing Manager.
Plant Engineer -Mbarara.
You shall;
Execute preventative maintenance plans. Facilitate corrective maintenance and
work assessment processes.
Achieve good quality of the RCA process. Ensure production maintenance
requirement as Per Coca- Cola Requirements (KORE) standards. Carry out timely
plant maintenance as per approved maintenance schedule.
Oversee the implementation of Capex projects. Formulate and manage the
packaging and maintenance budget.
Coordinate all cross-functional maintenance activities. Develop staff through
formal reviews, capability gap analysis and formal.
staff development initiatives. Uphold Safety Health Environment and Quality
requirements and standards.
Maintain a harmonious working environment and Implement focused
improvement initiatives.
Requirement:
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
5 years' experience in Engineering with 3 years at supervisory level in
maintenance environment preferably in an FMCG.
Computer literate with proficiency in Ms. Excel, knowledge of SAP shall be an
added advantage.
Must be a team player with excellent leadership skills,
have good analytical ability, communication, interpersonal and problem solving
skills.
