KPMG Uganda would like to employ suitable applicants to fill the above vacant position.
Roles
• Work in collaboration with the firms leadership and regional HR management to develop suitable people strategies and initiatives that wiil align HR to the firms business strategy;
• Support the firm in attracting top talent and in unlocking the stsffs capacity through learning and development;
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in HR, social or business studies together with a post-graduate qualification in HR;
• Minimum of 9 years generalist HR experience of which 4 years should be in a HR management role in a multinational organization with HR responsibility for at least 300 staff.
