JOB DETAILS:
Job title: Operations Manager (Courier services)
Job Location: Kampala

Job duties:
1. Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely pickup and delivery of packages.
2. Oversee all aspects of daily operations and monitor performance metrics to identify areas of improvement ans implement operational enhancements.
3. Recruit train and supervise operations staff.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in logistics management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards for transportation and delivery operations.
