Job Purpose:
The Programme Manager is responsible for the successful management of Nurture Africa's development and humanitarian projects in Wakiso. Mubende, Ania and Lamwo District.

We are only interested in those candidates who are passionate, who care for our vulnerable clients and are flexible in their work, We are interested in those candidates who have experience in setting up and implementing a Project Cycle Management (PCM) system. The Programme Manager role is dynamic and tense and a lot of demands will be made on you. if you are ready for a challenge in a dynamic environment please apply.

The Programme Manager performs the following duties:

• Leadership and Managing a team of over 30
  
• Operational planning and management
  
• Human resources planning and management
  
• Financial planning and management
  
• Community relations advocacy

Qualifications

• Primary Degree related to programming/ development
  
• Qualification in Management! Leadership

Essential experience

• 6 years of programming experience with a good track record
  
• Experience leading a team of more than 20 staff
  
• Track record in management of humanitarian and development projects
