Nurture Africa (NA) is a passionate & compassionate NGO whose vision is to empower Ugandan families to become more self—reliant. its works with these families to enable them to be positive influences on Society. We work in the health, education, sustainable livelihoods & child protection sectors. We work with youth to enable them to become more self- reliant through vocational and life skills training.
NA has a vocational school & has recently opened a social enterprise in Nansana called Urban Village where we otter internship opportunities for the youths we train. We are planning to expand. Ourvocational centertrains students in catering, waitron, hairdressing, beauty, & fashion & design. Our social enterprise consists of a salon & cafe/ restaurant. We are also setting up a boutique.
NA is looking for the following positions below to help the expansion of our services. If you have experience in a specific profession & can also tutor in the vocational center that is an advantage.
Post: 2 Vocational Tutors –Chef.

1 Chef. Minimum 5 years’ experience cooking exotic menus. Can manage ingredients, demonstrate creativity and have a business mind to generate net profit

1 Catering tutor and 1 waitron tutor. Do you have a qualification in teaching? Are you passionate to train students? Can you develop lesson plans?
