INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING.
Kabarole District Local Government invites detailed applications from interested and competent registered contracting firms companies to bid for the following areas during the financial year 2024/2025 as follows:-
A. Construction of Kabarole Distinct Headquarters Phase III Procurement reference number: KABRB41/Works/2024-25/00001
B. Pre-qualification for Supplies Goods, Services and works for the financial year 2024/2025 for the following items.
GOODS/SUPPLIES
• Supply of School and Office furniture
• Supply and installation of water tanks
• Supply of Computers and Accessories
• Supply of Motor vehicles, Motorcycles, bicycles and Spare parts.
• Supply of Live-Stock
• Supply of Agricultural inputs, Bee Hives, Tsetse Traps and Insecticides
• Supply of protective gears, sports equipments, Office carpets and curtains
SERVICES
• Sign Posts and Engraving.
• Architectural Designs, physical planning & survey services
• Garbage Collection, disposal and beautification of Town Councils and District compound
• Cleaning of District head quarters Offices and buildings
• Electrical Installation and repair services
• Provision of firefighting equipment for the District headquarters
• Provision of Hire services for road equipment
• Hire of tents, Chairs and Public Address
• Provision of security services at District headquarters-Kitumba
• Hotel hiring and provision of conference services.
WORKS/CONSTRUCTIONS
• Construction/Rehabilitation of gravity Flow scheme.
• Construction of bridges supply of bridge materials
• Building/construction Rehabilitation of Government Buildings, schools, staff houses and fencing of government buildings
• Construction/Rehabilitation of hand dug wells Shallow wells & water springs
• Construction of VIP latrines Ecosan Toilets, waste and placenta pits.
C. Frame work contracts for the following items.
• Printing Services for General Office stationery
• 2 Supply of Stationery, toner, Office Equipment & consumables
• Supply of fuel, lubricants, Batteries, tyres, tubes & Servicing of vehicles
• Supply of gravell murram, sand, road lime, cement and hardware materials.
• Supply of Reinforced concrete culverts
• Repair and Servicing of Computers Photocopiers
• Radio Programmes and Dramme shows
• Supply and fixing of spare parts and consumables for road unit
• Repair and Maintenance motor cycles and Generators
• Repair and Maintenance of District vehicles
• Supply of Food/catering services.
CONDITIONS OF TENDER
1. Bidders for Tenders must enclose in their applications, photocopies of the following
• Certificate of Incorporation Registration(gastatu
• Valid Trading License for the Year
• Valid tax clearance office
• Documentary evidence of past performance and qualifications of key staff
• Names of Directors, Bank Ale Numbers and passport size photos
• Physical, Postal and Tin Numbers
• Memorandum or Article of Association.
• VAT registration certificate where applicable
• Company powers of attorney
• Any other information you may think appropriate to supplement your bid.
• Bid securing declarations
Disposal of various items (as is where is condition)
The list is displayed on Kabarole District Local Government Procurement and Disposal Unit's notice board.
Each item should be applied for separately
Bidders will pay a non-refundable Fee of UGX:50,000 (Fifty thousand shillings only) for each item Payment shall be made to Uganda Revenue Authority using IRAS to generate PRN
Evidence of payment will then be presented to the District Cashier to obtain a general receipt Which you will subsequently present to the Procurement and Disposal unit to be Registered and obtain a bid documents
In addition to the original document, the number of copies required are two and must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marking the subject and addressed
