PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Responsible for following quality of activities performed during installation & commissioning steps
RESPONSIBILITES
• Have a global overview of progress of the project and Certification Scheme
• Define monitoring activities to be performed according steps, required skills, budget and planning
• Write Verification & Control Activity Report (VCAR), defining Scope of work & budget
• Responsible to qualify inspectors in accordance with Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Check if there is no risk of “Conflict of interest”
• Ensure availability of required skilled inspectors in accordance to defined scope of work
• Track activities performed according to VCARs
• Control, validate and send to the Project Manager all Inspection Reports (IR) issued by inspector
• Monitor and confirm that all pending issued (Punch lists / NCR) are well solved
• Update status of VCAR when needed to make them certify by the Certification Manager
• Manage H3SE topics in relation with H3SE Manager
• If needed, carry out inspection of installation & commissioning activities as per approved procedure
• Participate in internal weekly meetings
• Participate in external monthly / quarterly meetings if needed
• Write monthly progress report
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree or above
MAJOR
Engineering or the related
EXPERIENCE
At least 4 years of experience
KNOWLEDGE
• Certification Project
• Project Management including management of people and budget
• Quality Management including audits
• Familiar with Oil & Gas activities and organization
• Global knowledge on several matters : mechanical, electrical and civil work
CAPABILITY
• Experience in equipment installation in the Oil & Gas industry
• Proficient in of mechanical equipment
• Proficient in HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation professional knowledge
• Proficient in Civil works
• Familiar with QA&QC of mechanical for oil field site construction projects with similar working experience in international projects
• Familiar with Certification activities as per ISO 17065
• Familiar with Quality Management System (ISO, …)
• Familiar with Management of Conflict of Interest
• Fully conversant with relevant inspection techniques and able to select most appropriate technique
• Able to verify Quality Plan or Inspection Testing Plan, verify and approve reports
• Able to verify Non-Conformities / Corrective action are well solved
• Work in an international context with several nationalities
• Writing skills
• Driving license to drive to inspection sites (mandatory)
• Aware of its responsibility with regard to the safety of interventions for people and equipment
