Sales and Marketing Executive
Speke Group of Hotels (Operating under the Ruparelia Group of Companies) in the Hospitality industry, with our shared purpose of being the leading Hospitality Group in the Region, we are looking to recruit individuals with high integrity dedication and Commitment for the Existing Vacant Positions below.

JOB TITLE: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
VACANT POSITIONS: 4
REPORTING TO: GROUP MARKETING MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: SALES AND MARKETING

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales For the hotel.
  
• Clear understanding of the group's business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
  
• Identity new markets and business opportunities and increase sales. "
  
• Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
  
• Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships,
  
• Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked
  
• Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals tor clients.
  
• Closely following up an all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.

Education Requirements:
A University Degree in Marketing, Chartered Institute of Marketing or Bachelors ot Business Administration Degree or related professional Marketing Qualification.

With at least 3 years working Experience in Sales and Marketing preferably with Reputable Hotels and Resorts.

Related Job Experience

• A Minimum of 3 - 5 Years practical experience in Sales and Marketing.
  
• Should be Marketing oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism.
  
• Past experience of dealing with corporates, NGOs and Embassies.
  
• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
  
• Innovative and sell driven,

Key Competences:

• Excellent skills in computer particularly MS office
  
• Experience in Biding and Documentation
  
• Contract Negotiations
