AIRD Uganda is non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making organization with the main aim of protecting and seeking durable solutions for Refugees and IDP's in Africa in partnership with UNHCR the UN refugee agency.

AIRD is seeking for qualified personnel to fill the position listed below;

Job Title: 5 Site Supervisors/ Assistant Engineers
Location: West Nile (Larnwo, Paiorinya, lmvepi, Rhinocamp)
Report to: Civil Engineer
Responsible For: Assisting Civil Engineer in construction Site Works.

Job Summary:
Site supervisors are responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and Completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with agreed strategy, commitments and goals

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil and Building Engineering from a reputable Institution.
• Should possess a good understanding and experience of Civil works
• At least 2 years working experience in civil works

Additional Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to represent and report writing skills.
• Leadership skills
• Willingness to work in any part of the country.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• The candidate should be self-motivated
• Computer Skills
