Job Title: Capacity Building Officer
Reports to: Capacity Building Specialist

Job Summary: The position holder will be responsible for coordinating the design, delivery and monitoring and evaluation at evidence-based training and mentorship for managers (at district & facility level) and health care workers in the MUg supported districts. contributing to the strengthening of systems’ capacity to deliver quality. sustainable care and support for people living with HIV and other emerging health issues

Job Requirements: A degree in Health Care with post graduate training in either Medical Education, MPH or Health Services management or related field. A valid practicing License with a relevant professional body. Candidate must have at least 3 years teaching experience in a health services context; experience/knowledge of HIV and/or other chronic illnesses plus project planning and coordination is desirable.
