Project Overview and Role
Palladium seeks to recruit a well-qualified Health Informatics Officer with experience in health information systems to support the Procurement and Supply Chain Strengthening Project II (PSSP II) in Uganda. Under PSSP II, Palladium will provide technical assistance and programming support to Medical Access Uganda for improved data collection and system integration in support of Uganda's health supply chain. By integrating data sources and improving the quality, accessibility, and use of data, PSSP II will contribute to improving healthcare quality in Uganda and the information available for decision-making within the supply chain.
The Health Informatics Officer will oversee SAP-MIRP system deployment and the Control Tower VAN applications; maintain the computer networks/systems; and provide/coordinate training of technical staff and end-users to enable inter-operability.
