Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) is a not for profit limited liability company which was established in 1991 by a collaborative effort of the Ministries of Health, Defence and Makerere University College of Health Sciences. it was established to address the very serious problem of HIV/AIDS at the time. JCRC's core activities include Medical Research, Training and Provision of Health Care Services. Two vacancies at JCRC exist for well qualified and experienced persons to be filled as indicated below;

Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Directorate: Finance & Administration
Department: Human Resource
Supervisor Title: Human Resources Manager & Development

Job Purpose;
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day human resource administrative services at the centre. He/she shall provide technical backup to the departmental staff and shall facilitate all the internal communications between the human resource department and other departments.

Qualifications;

•  A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
• A Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
•  Exposure to donor funded projects will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience working a in a large and busy organisation.
• Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of integrity.
•  Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the JCRC policies and Core Values.

Other terms and conditions;
The position will be remunerated depending on qualifications and experience.
