Job details:
Skills: Good communication & Marketing skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and other Internet applications.

Knowledge and experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a minimum of Five years marketing experience in FMCG.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  
• Work hand in hand with the Sales Manager in developing diverse marketing distributions.
  
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  
• Collaborate with Manager Sales in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
  
• Fluent knowledge of the following languages; English, Luganda and Swahili.
