lntraHealth international ( www.intrahealth.org ) is currently seeking candidates for a new project funded by USAID. USAID Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services in Easterh‘ Uganda (RHITES-E) will of Uganda (GOU) and key stakeholders to increase availability and utilization of high quality health services in 21 districts in Eastern Uganda and 2 in Karamoja. This will be done by strengthening health systems and improving the quality of, access to, and demand for health services with attention to equity and undeserved populations. All positions are located in Mbale, unless otherwise noted.

M&E Manager

Responsible for developing and monitoring M&E plans, ensuring that the project performance management plan (PMP) is implemented. S/he will be the project's focal person for compiling, tracking, and reporting on data for the donor, the Government of Uganda (GOU), and other stakeholders.

Requirements: A Master's Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Demographics, Social Sciences or other related field. A minimum of 6 years working experience in monitoring and implementing programs in development field preferably health and/or human resources for health. Applied skills in assessment design and implementation, formative or operations research, and developing M&E plans.
