lntraHealth international (www.intrahealth.org) is currently seeking candidates for a new USAID Activity. USAID Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services in Eastern Uganda (RHITES-E) will support the Government of Uganda (GOU) and key stakeholders to increase availability and utilization of high quality health services in 21 districts in Eastern Uganda and 2 in Karamoja. This will be done by strengthening health systems and improving the quality of, access to, and demand for health services with attention to equity and underserved populations.

Senior Procurement Officer (Mbale)
Reporting to the Procurement and Logistics Manager, the Senior Procurement Officer will provide operational support to the procurement section. S/he will work closely with the programs and Finance teams in the RHITES-E Activity.

Requirements: An Honors Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply Chain management, Business Administration or relevant studies from a reputable institution, A professional qualification in procurement will be an added advantage, 3-4 years’ experience in managing procurement and supply chain in a busy NGO, Must have analytical skills, Proven level of integrity and stewardship, Familiarity with USG/CDC Grants/Contract Management procedures Strong team player
