Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive with experience in corporate gifting and promotional merchandise to join our team in Dubai.
The candidate will initially start as a Sales Coordinator, handling client inquiries, email communication, and preparing quotations. Since a large portion of our sales comes through online inquiries, the candidate must be comfortable communicating professionally with clients through email and written communication.
Over time, the role will expand into Sales Executive responsibilities, including meeting clients and developing new business opportunities in the Dubai market.
Dubai serves clients from many different countries and cultures. Therefore, the candidate must have excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and the ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Client Communication
- Handle client inquiries received through email and online platforms.
- Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients to understand their product and branding requirements.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the internal team.
- Maintain clear communication between clients, suppliers, and production teams.
Sales & Market Development
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients across Dubai.
- Generate new sales opportunities for corporate gifts and promotional merchandise.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Product Knowledge & Production Understanding
- Recommend suitable promotional products based on client needs and budgets.
- Understand various branding and customization techniques, including:
- Laser engraving
- UV printing
- DTF / UDTF printing
- Screen printing
- Embossing / debossing
- Ensure product quality and branding standards meet client expectations.
Costing & Quotation
- Prepare accurate quotations for corporate gifting projects.
- Understand product sourcing, branding costs, and production timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure accurate pricing and delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate gifting or promotional merchandise sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation suitable for communicating with international clients.
- Strong written English skills, especially for professional email communication.
- Knowledge of corporate gifting products and branding techniques.
- Ability to understand production processes and costing structures.
- Confident personality with the ability to develop client relationships and generate business.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 2750 per month (including accommodation)
- Sales Commission: Performance-based incentives on achieved sales
Employment & Benefits
- Employment visa provided by the company
- Medical insurance as per UAE labour law
- Annual Leave: 1 month paid leave every year
- Annual Ticket: One-way air ticket to home country every year
- Overtime: As per company policy and UAE labour regulations
