JOB TITLE: Strategic Plan Consultant
Job Purpose;

The purpose of the assignment to develop the Nurture Africa Strategic Plan 2018-2022: The development of the new TSP should explore the relevance of Nurture Africa's current strategy, efficiency, effectiveness, outcomes, impact and its sustainability by providing specific recommendations for improvement in program implementations in line with National and Global trends in the response to poverty.

Roles and responsibilities;

• Preparation of a report focusing on the specific details outlined
  
• Developing questionnaires, FGD and KI guides; and other data collection tools necessary for the assignment
  
• Collecting, compiling and analysing all data collected in the process
  
• Regular progress reporting to Nurture Africa
  
• Facilitating workshops organized for the Strategic Plan

a) Academic Qualifications
At least a master's degree in social science, public health, medical sciences, project planning or in development studies

b) Experience

• At least five years professional -experience in the areas of strategic planning and management, organizational development business par. development
  
• At least 5 years of proven professional experience in the field of development and social enterprise
  
• Experience in strategic plan development in the health, education and sustainable livelihood sector
  
• Experience in marketing and social enterprise
  
• Experience in development work
