War Child Holland ( WCH ) is an international NGO investing in a peaceful future for children and youth affected by armed conflict. WCH has been working in Uganda since 2004.

WCH is looking for hardworking and enthusiastic people for the following position:

Position: 2 Quality Assurance Officers- Based In West-Nile
Main Roles & Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and trains staff and volunteers in quality implementation of psychosocial activities anti Child Safety guidelines
• Prepares weekly and monthly activity plans and reports.
• Conducts regular assessments of quality activity implementation and identifies training needs.
•  Works closely with the team leaders in ensuring quality project implementation.

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree In Development Studies, Management and Social Sciences or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of Life Skills, Child Protection and/or Youth programs, GB\L Gender.
• Three year training experience
• Good Interpersonal, planning, coaching and communication skills
• Good adult facilitation skills

For the position:

• Applicants from West Nile Region are encouraged to
• Fluency in English, and one local language of West Nile region is desirable
• Good understanding of the West Nile region and its refugee settlements 8 a willingness to work/live in a remote area
• Valid driving license Class A for riding a motorbike is required.
