Job Title: Security Operations Manager
Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary: The Security Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all security operations to ensure the safety of the organization’s assets, employees, facilities and expanding the company’s clientele through marketing activities. This role involves developing and implementing security policies, managing security personnel, responding to emergencies effectively and marketing the company services.

Nature of job: Both office and field based

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.
• Monitor and analyze security systems, including surveillance and alarm systems.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for special events or high-risk situations.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents and breaches.
• Prepare and manage budgets for security operations.
• Conduct regular drills, training sessions and parades to evaluate security readiness.
• Collaborate with other departments to address operational needs and risks.
• Collaborate with police to address security risks.
• Marketing the company services to get more clients thereby increasing the company sales.
• Provide detailed reports to management on security status and incidents.
• Perform any other similar duties that may arise or as may be assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in security management or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with security systems and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to supervise and manage security personnel.
• Minimum of a Diploma

Salary scale: Negotiable

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
