JOB DETAILS:
Head of Manufacturing
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Head of Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations at Movit Products Limited to ensure production meets the required deadlines, quality standards and is completed within the operational budget..

Key Responsibilities
• Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance;
• Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs;
• Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities under the manufacturing function;
• Ensure that the company's short-term and long-term action plans are implemented on operational and functional levels;
• Review and execute all production and manufacturing plans in line with business demands;
• Oversee the Quality Control function for the business and implements all manufacturing quality policies and procedures;
• Oversee the development and implementation of all production and supply chain strategies, policies and procedures;
• Manages the functional plans and budget to ensure smooth running of the manufacturing function;
• Oversee the staff and the process to ensure safety procedures are followed and safety performance goals are met; and
• Manage the performance and engagement of entire Manufacturing Function
