Job Summary
The role will be responsible for developing strategies for delivery of Quality and efficient differentiated HIV testing services (HTS) including targeted HTS for Key and Priority populations (KP/PP)), Prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV (PMTCT) services, early infant diagnosis (EID) services and coordinate implementation in alignment with the national guidelines and project objectives. .

Overall Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for developing strategies for delivery of Quality and efficient differentiated HIV testing services (HTS) including targeted HTS for Key and Priority populations (KP/PP)), Prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV (PMTCT) services, early infant diagnosis (EID) services and coordinate implementation in alignment with the national guidelines and project objectives.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
• A Masters in public health
• Background degree in medicine and bachelor of surgery Registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council
• 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in health development with a reputable international NGO, and direct experience with government and donor representatives.
• Experience in managing prevention programs/projects and must have solid working knowledge (practical skills) in the following areas: HIV care and treatment, HIV testing services (HTS), and elimination of mother to child transmission (eMTCT).
• 5 Years Relevant Experience
