Job Summary
This position will support the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems (network, software, and/or hardware) and the supervision of IT contracted services in line with IT standards and the project objectives. .

Overall Responsibilities
This position will support the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems (network, software, and/or hardware) and the supervision of IT contracted services in line with IT standards and the project objectives. S/he will also design and develop programs that will improve project delivery, monitoring, and reporting.

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
• A Master’s Degree in Information Systems (IS), Information Technology (IT), or related degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of national public health and Health Information systems (DHIS2, OPENMRS, KP TRACKER, OVC TRACKER).
• Proven experience in IT systems development.
• Proven experience in systems analysis and design.
