Job Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) OfficerGrants serve as important members Of the RHITES Projects M&E unit and Will be responsible For data Collection within Which s/he is assigned

• S/he will support quality data collection, Compilation, analyses and reporting at the district, Facility and community levels. S/he will be participate in The implementation and maintenance of the RHITES
  
• Projects M&E system that excels in capturing and Reporting project progress in archiving outcomes and Results. The M&E Officer will report to the M&E Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Statistics or related discipline M&E. informatics, and Demography, a Master‘s degree is an added Advantage
  
• At least 3 years for Masters and 5 years for Bachelor’s degree of relevant experience in Implementing monitoring and evaluation of formal And informal health and social supporting systems; And community program activities (M&E experience For sub grants on USAID funded Projects is desirable
  
• Demonstrated analytical skills to measure the Outcomes of the activity interventions and support Activity supervision.
  
• Must possess a firm command 0f M&E issues in one Of the following technical areas HIV/TB indicators, MNCH/FP Indicators and HSS. Work experience in M&E on USAID - funded programs preferred
