JOB DETAILS:War Child Holland ( WCH ) is an international NGO investing in a peaceful future for children and youth affected by armed conflict. WCH has been working in Uganda since 2004.
WCH is looking for hardworking and enthusiastic people to fill multiple positions as below;
Post: Operations Manager
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary range: Ugx gross: 9,428,436-14,631,321
Contract Duration: 1 Year with possibility extension
The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for managing and coordinating all Logistics, Procurement, Human Resource, Administration and IT operations for the Ugandan program. The position ensures that the operations of programs are run in a transparent and reliable manner to generate effective and results/information for donors/stakeholders. The operations manager also provides technical support, trainings and coaching for staff for to enable them carry out activities smoothly.
