Job Title: Program Officer
Kilimo Trust ( KT ) is “an Implementing Partner of Choice on market-led Agricultural Value Chain Development Programs and Projects” for governments, private sector; regional and international development partners in East Africa. Kilimo Trust is registered in the Republic of Uganda as a fully-fledged Trust with subsidiaries in Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania.
Kilimo Trust work responds to EAC policies and strategies on Agriculture.

KT’s current strategy aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Increase access to sustainable, profitable and structured Input and output markets, inclusive of women and youth
  
• Increase productivity, quality and value of agricultural produce
  
• Strengthen resilience to shocks and enhance sustainable food systems
  
• Enhance partnerships with national, regional, Bilateral, Multilateral and global organizations for strengthened Value Chain Development
