CONSULTANCY FIRM TO CONDUCT COMMUNITY PERCEPTIONS SURVEY ON TRANSNATIONAL ORGANIZED CRIME AROUND THE LAKE VICTORIA SUB-REGION (Duration: 30 days)
Background
Established in 1951, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) is the leading inter-govemmental organization working on migration, and is committed to the principle that safe, humane, and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
With support from the United States of America Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), IOM is implementing the project: "Countering Transnational Threats on Lake Victoria by Enhancing Border Security Capacities and Coordination Between Authorities in Kenya, Uganda, and United Republic of Tanzania"
Scope, Requirements and How to Bid
Under the above project, IOM Uganda is seeking a reputable Consultancy firm to conduct a Community Perceptions Survey on border security issues and transnational organized crime around the Lake Victoria region, including emerging trends. The 30-day study shall be conducted at selected ports on Lake Victoria in Uganda.
Eligible bidders shall be registered consultancy firms with more than five years' experience in conducting community perception surveys and other project field studies.
