REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR RESEARCH STUDY ON COMMUNITY YOUTH & CHILD LED ENGAGEMENT-CYCC PROJECT - REF NO: FHU/CON-SRVCS/2031645/06/2023

Food for the Hungry (FH) a Christian based non-profit organization founded in 1971, it operates relief and development programs in 20 countries. FH's vision is to end all forms of human poverty worldwide. Food for the Hungry has been active in Uganda since 1988, working with both refugees and host communities. Our programs include food security, health and nutrition, education, and resilience initiatives.
FHU now invites sealed bids from eligible entities or consultants to conduct research study on Youth Led Community Engagement. The Terms of Reference can be obtained from the link below; https://rb.gy/f1300

IMPORTANT NOTE TO THE BIDDERS:
A) Provide proof of your organizational experience in providing related services
to other entities; at least copies of three LPOS or contracts.
B) Provide three reference letters from previous clients.
C) Provide resumes of the consultant to
participate in the research.
D) Submit a work plan/schedule in weeks based on the timelines in the ToR. E) Costs must be in Uganda shillings and inclusive of all relevant taxes. Prices should be valid for at least 60-90 days.
F) Provide bank statements for the last three months.
G) Payment terms should be clearly stated. H) Submit the signed and stamped conflict of interest declaration form.

1)Two stage procurement process shall be followed, only bidders who have passed the technical evaluation shall be considered for financial evaluation.
Completed sealed bid document(s) MUST be delivered physically to the FH Kampala support office (see physical address below) by Thursday 29th June 2023 at 5PM (EAT) indicating the procurement subject and reference number.
Only one hard copy of the proposal documents will be accepted. The financial and technical proposals should be sealed separately.
