Job Purpose: The employee relations officer is responsible for managing employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, promoting a positive workplace culture, and resolving employee grievances.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in line with the company's objectives and in compliance with local labor laws
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and overseeing the grievance process
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and training and development opportunities and grievance procedures, performance management, and employment law.
• Manage and resolve employee grievances, including conducting investigations, recommending solutions,
• Work closely with company recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, drafting contracts, and timely onboarding processes of casual employees.
• Ensure periodical communication of the company rules and regulations to employees including providing updates.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including reporting requirements and maintaining accurate employee records.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations or related
