Name of Project: Structural Strengthening of Employment Promotion and Vocational Training and Apprenticeship in Sudan (SEPVA)
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a public-beneft German company with wondwide operations in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. GIZ Uganda through SEPVA invites bids from competent and eigible firms to provide consultancy services for Social media and content creation for Sudanese Entrepreneura
Eligibility criteria
The following information and documents will be required during evaluation passa basis and non-compliant bids will be eliminated on
Registered powers of attomey authorizing signatory/representative of the firm to sign bids tenders on behalf of the firm
Please indicate in the subject tender reference number "83451847-social media and content creation for Sudanese Entrepreneurs".
Bidal Offers Submission Deadline date and time
Interested bidders should submit their bics/offers electronically by Monday. 20.11.2023 at 4.00pm (EAT) to UG Quotation@giz.de indicating in the subject the tender reference number 83451847- social media and content creation for Sudanese Entrepreneurs."
1. Failure to indicate the tender reference number in the subject may diequalify your offer directly as it may fail to be received in the tender box
2.Late submissions will not be accepted!
3.Current and valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate addressed to GIZ Valid Trading License
Bide submitted with GIZ staff or other GIZ emails in copy shall be rejected.
4.Bid validity period of 120 working days.
5.Experience required
Only bide submitted to UG_Quotation@giz.de are acceptable. You should have offere in PDF and zip folders. Do not encrypt offers since they may be incompatible with GIZ software.

Request for clarifications on bidding documentalspecification terme and condition of the tender.
All requests for clarifications to this tendering process shall be shared in writing and should be addressed to GIZ Uganda via email Procurement- giz-uganda@giz.de at least 5days prior to the bid submission deadline.
6. Two separate emails should be used one submitting technical proposal offer and second email submitting Financial Proposal offer.
7. All eligibility requirements should be submitted with the technical proposal or in a separate email and tender reference indicated in the subject.
8. Only file transfer https://letransfer.giz.de for submission of documenta exceeding the default mail size of 30 MB should be used or use three separate emaile one submitting the eligibility documenta, a second one submitting the technical proposal! offer and third email submitting Financial Proposal/Offer. Please provide password for your submission before the deadline and reference the tender number for which the password applies. Failure to provide the password will lead to disqualification of your offer.
9. Financial offer should strictly be in Uganda shillinge currency using the Bid sheet template provided.
10.Failure to follow the above instruction may lead your offer to be encrypted and rejected
GIZ remains with full rights to cancel this process at any stage without informing providers and at no cost refund to the providers who participate in this tender process
