The following information and documents will also be considered during evaluation on pass/fail basis and non- compliant bids will be eliminated.
• Registered powers of attorney authorizing signatory/representative of the firm to sign bids/tenders on behalf of the firm.
• Current and valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate addressed to GIZ
• Valid Trading License
• Bid validity period of 120 working days.
Delivery schedule.
Warranty period for (for equipment IT items/furniture, among others)
Bid Validity period (Minimum of 120 working days)
Related work experience for the past 3 years.
Request for Bidding/Tendering Documents and detailed specification.
Interested and eligible bidders shall obtain detailed bidding tendering documents in soft copy form only. Kindly submit your request for bidding/ tender documents by email to Procurement-giz-uganda@giz.de, (As soon as you got the advert by indicating in the subject lender reference number 91174778 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HEAVY DUTY PHOTOCOPIERS."

All requests for clarifications to this tendering process shall be in writing and should be addressed to GIZ Uganda via email to Procurement-giz-uganda@giz.de at least 5days prior to the bid submission deadline. Failure to indicate the tender reference number in the subject may disqualify your offer directly as it may fall to be received in the tender box.
1. Late submissions will not be accepted!
2. Bids submitted with GIZ staff or other GIZ emails in copy shall be rejected.
3. Only bids submitted to UG Quotation@giz.de are acceptable.
4. You should have offers in PDF and zip folders.
5. Only filetransfer for submission of documents exceeding the default mail size of 30 MB should be used or use two separate emails one submitting the eligibility documents, a second one submitting the offer.
6. Failure to follow the above instruction may lead your offer to be encrypted and not be accepted.
GIZ remains with full rights to cancel this process at any stage without informing providers and at no cost refund to the providers who participate in this tender process.
