JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Loading Supervisor (01 Position), Kampala
Reporting To Dispatch Manager, The Successful Candidate Will;
Key Result Areas:
• Tally up goods loaded and reconcile with loading order,
• Check that goods loaded on trucks comply with customer specifications.
• Carry tally sheets to Sales Office for invoicing.
• Supervise, monitor and guide Loading Assistants.
• Sign off the goods dispatched note.
• Any other duties assigned by Dispatch Manager

Educational Qualifications And Experience
• Ordinary Diploma in any business-related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Skills & Professional Attributes Required
• Effective Verbal and written communication.
• Professional personal presentation.
• Customer service orientation skills.
• Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective and accurate correspondence.
• Dealing with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions.
• Decision making skills is required.
