PROCUREMENT OF ROTOR POLES RE-INSULATION MATERIALS; PROC REF UEGCL/SPLS/2023-24/30028/01/02
Uganda Electricity Generation Company Ltd has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Rotor Poles Re-insulation materials for Nalubaale and Kira Power Plant; Lots 1 & 2.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding Method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 as amended, and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at No.7 from 9:00am to 4:00PM.
The Bidding documents in English may be
purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at No. 7 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings one hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be in the bank on UEGCLA/C No. 9030011177327, Stanbic Bank upon which bidders shall be presented a bank slip as proof of payment. The Document will be issued electronically upon presentation of a receipt of payment.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at No.7 or before 11:00AM on 13th October 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 10,000,000 (Uganda Shillings ten million only) for each lot.
Bid securities must be valid until 19th April 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at No.7 st 11:30 am on Friday 13th October 2023.
