JOB DETAILS:
SEYANI BROTHERS & CO. (U) LTD, a reputable Building Construction and Civil Engineering Company is looking for sincere and well organized team players to fill the following positions to cater for the growth in the Company's operations in Uganda. The candidates should possess excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, good communication and inter-personal skills, and be self-motivated and results oriented.

Education and Qualification
• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying Building Economics or related qualification with 5 to 10 years experience in Building Construction capable of leading construction units,
• competent to interpret drawings, specifications,
• related schedules and prepare Bill of Quantities, able to analyze rates, proficient to prepare and track work programs, progress reports, and procurement schedules,
• thorough in payment applications and following up timely payment certifications,
• able to generate cash flow projections,
• having thorough knowledge of contracts, and ensuring project compliance at all levels.


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
