REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NOTICE
World Vision is a Christian, relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. The organisation is seeking proficient service providers for the following services.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Consultant to document Social and Behaviour Change Activity interventions.(USAID, Social and Behavioural Change Activity) (Re-advertised)
Supply of Relief Items under Framework Agreement (Re-advertised)
Framework for Generator Services and Maintenance (Re-advertised)
Framework Agreement for Provision of Hotel Services in the areas of Kampala, Wakiso,and Mukono (Re- advertised)
Framework Agreement for Repair services for Laptops & MacBooks in Kampala (Re-advertised) Supply of Reading Materials under framework FY2024-2026
Supply of Seeds, Tools, and Bee Equipment under Framework FY 2024-2026 (for West Nile region only)
Service providers may express interest by sending their email addresses and contact details through this link: https://forms.office.com/r/Ocxarx32Kw clearly indicating the subject of interest in the subject by March 1, 2024, 5:30 pm.
Bid Submission:
All bids are to be submitted in soft copy through our online sourcing system not later than March 15, 2024 by 5:30 pm.
Opening of Proposals:
Bid opening as per World Vision Uganda internal procedures shall take place on March 16, 2024, for all the bids.
Kindly note that only successful bidders shall be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 1 (one) month after the bid submission deadline, consider your bid unsuccessful.
World Vision Uganda reserves the right to reject any bid and is not bound to contract the lowest bidder or any other bidder. Any kind of lobbying will lead to automatic disqualification.
