1.            Uganda National Roads Authority has allocated funds to be used for the Supply and Delivery of Assorted Office Stationery to UNRA under Framework Contract.

2.            The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Assorted Office Stationery to UNRA under Framework Contract. 

3.            Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

4.            Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 9:00am to 4:00pm.   

5.            The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda shillings 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings only) to a local bank. 

6.            Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 23rd June 2023 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 35,000,000 (Uganda Shillings; Thirty Five Million only).   Bid securities must be valid until 27th December 2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:30am on 23rd June 2023.

7.            There will be a virtue pre–bid meeting on 7th June 2023 at 10.00 a.m. Bidders are encouraged to submit official emails addresses in the written application letters in 5 above.
