SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A PROGRAM/PROJECT MONITORING AND EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR UGANDA COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds to be used towards strengthening its strategy management function through acquisition of an automated system that shall consolidate on a single platform, relevant information related to the various projects/programs being implemented within me organization

The Uganda Communications Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of services for development of a Corporate Program/Project Monitoring and Evaluation System

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding a procedure contained in the Goverment of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents from Uganda Communications Commission of the address given below at 8(a) from 8.30 hours to 17.00 hours during working days.

The Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ush$100,000 (Uganda Shillings one Hundred Thousand only) or an equivalent in convertible foreign currency. The method of payment wil be by cash to the bank account of Uganda Communications Commission at Stanbic Bank Uganda Ltd. Corporate Branch, Crested Towers Kampala as follows: Ug.Shs A/C No. 9050005759004.

Bids must be delivered to the physical address below at 8(c) at or before 2 August 2023 at 10.000m. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(a) ar 10.15am on 2 August 2023

There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 19 July 2025 at 11.00am, at UCC House Bugolobi
