The bidding document shall be inspected online under the procurement tab on the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.or.ug
The bidding document will be issued to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 through a Commercial Bank to the account below:

Bank of Uganda TIN Number: 1000028435
Interested bidders will submit proof of payment to procurement@bou.or.ug to be issued with a soft copy of the bidding document via email.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings shall be held at 11:30hrs (EAT) on December 19, 2023 and December 21, 2023 at the Gulu and Mbarara Branches respectively. Bidders interested in attending the meetings shall register by sending their requests and copies of their identification to procurement@bou.or.ug by December 18, 2023.
The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11:00AM (EAT) on January 16, 2024.
