INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PRINTED COMIC BOOKLETS

Quantity Supply and delivery of printed Comic 5000 pc Booklets (AS per Specifications)
The following information and documents will also be considered during evaluation on pass/fail basis and non- compliant bids will be eliminated.
Registered powers of attorney authorizing signatory representative of the firm to sign bids/tenders on behalf of the firm.
• Current and valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate addressed to GIZ
• Valid Trading License
Bid validity period of 120 working days. Delivery schedule.
Warranty period for (for equipment IT items/furniture, among others)
Bid Validity period (Minimum of 120 working days) • Related work experience for the past 3 years.
