SUPPLY OF ASSORTED OFFICE FURNITURE & FITTINGS NARO/SUPLS/2023-2024/00132.
The National Agricultural Research Organisation has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of assorted office furniture & fittings
The National Agricultural Research Organisation invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of Assorted Office Furniture & Fittings.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, revised version 2024 and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from National Agricultural Research Organisation and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 9 (a) from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on official working days.
The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) to a bank. Payment will be made to Uganda Revenue Authority through a commercial bank after obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the URA website. An application letter together with a receipt from the bank shall be scanned and emailed to the email under (a) to obtain the bidding document.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 9(c) at or before 10:30 am on 13th March 2024 late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at dat 11:00 am on 13th March 2024.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 16,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Sixteen Million Shillings Only) in form of a bank guarantee from a recognised commercial bank regulated by the Bank of Uganda. Bid securities must be valid until 16th July 2024.
There shall not be a pre-bid meeting.
