BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN INTERNATIONAL BIDDING
Supply and Delivery of Switchyard and Station Computer Spares for Nalubaale and Kiira Power Stations - UEGCL/SPLS/2023-24/30017
Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited has allocated funds to be used for the procurements described below for Nalubaale and Kiira Power Stations.
• Supply and Delivery of Switchyard and Station Computer Spares for Nalubaale and Kiira Power Stations
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above Supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 as amended, and Regulations 2014 and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at (7) from 9:00am-4:00pm.
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at (7) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be in the bank on Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited, Stanbic Bank, Operations A/C No. 9030011177327 upon which bidders shall be presented a bank slip as proof of payment. The document will be issued electronically upon presentation of a receipt of payment.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at (7) at or before 11:00am of Wednesday 20th September, 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 15,000,000/- (Uganda Shillings Fifteen Million only)
The Bid Security must be valid until 13th June, 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at (7) at 11:10am, Wednesday 20th September, 2023.
