JOB DETAILS:
The new Vision printing and publishing Company Ltd is looking to recruit a dynamic, self motivated individual to fill the role of a Trainee Printer
Job title: trainee Printer.
Reports to: Assistant printing supeviisor.
Description of purpose: to learn the printing processes and become a professional printer within two years. .

Key result areas:
• Learn all printing processes by following instructions as given by supervisors and become conversant with handling tools, machines and printing materials (plates, papers, inks, solvents) within two years.
• Participate in the maintenance of the printing press as guided by supervisors to ensure that machines are in good working condition so that quality work is printed and deadlines are met.
• Clean the machines on a daily basis by following the guidelines on the cleaning chart to prevent stoppages of the machines to ensure that quality work is printed in timely manner.
• Organize the work floor by ensuring that everything is put in the right place and kept neat and tidy, to avoid accidents, ease movement around the floor and for easy identifications of materials to enable smooth operations.

• Self-motivated. 

Qualification:
• A-level Certificate.
• Certificate in Printing technology is an added advantage.
