EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE SUPPLY OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE), COLLECTIVE PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (CPE) AND VARIOUS HEALTH AND SAFETY RELATED EQUIPMENT FOR TOTALENERGIES EP UGANGA REFERENCE: 10327124
TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture Partner(s), invite experienced and reputable Suppliers to express their interest in supplying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) and various Health & Safety related equipment in respect to Tilenga Project, Lake Albert Basin, Republic of Uganda.
General Field Development Description:
The Tilenga ol and associated gas development is located in the Northern area of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the fields in CA-1 block and the Northern part of LA-2 block (Tilenga Project) The major development surface facilities include the following Wellpads (31) and the upstream gathering network
The Industrial Area containing temporary facilities and the Central Processing Facility (CPF).
The associated supporting infrastructure (camps, roads,
aerodromes etc)
Scope of Work
The vendors will be required to supply PPE, CPE and various Health & Safety related equipment on a frame contract arrangement The PPE will be used by TotalEnergies Staff when on active sites as a last line of defense in the hazards control hierarchy. Some of the Equipment like permanent signage will also be used to serve as communication platforms for various HSE risks like Lifting Excavation works in progress etc. CPE will be used as a hazard's exposure control barrier measure on operational or active sites
Detailed requirements, specifications and standards will be provided in the tender document to be issued during the Call for Tender
Minimum requirements
• Experience in supply of PPE.
• Mandatory Current registration to or application to be registered to the National Supplier Database as required by the 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations of Uganda
• Commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations as required by 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations of Uganda
• Health, Safety, Security, Social, Environment and Quality (H3SEC) Management system, and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards.
• Valid applicable National or International licenses or permits including Trading Licenses
• Technical capabilities to perform the service or provide the supply
• Qualified and Certified personnel to perform the service.
• Certified equipment to perform the service
• Quality Control and Assurance capabilities. Financial capability.
• Existence of all applicable and valid ISO Certifications
• Tax Complant
• National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Compliant for Companies registered in Uganda and its equivalent for International Companies.
Interested companies who meet the above minimum requirements should submit a request by email to: ep prequalification-ugep@totalenergies.com for a pre-qualification questionnaire on or before 25 April 2024 Noon Kampala time (GMT+3), quoting Prequalification Questionnaires request Ref. No. 10327124-Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) And Various Health and Safety Related Equipment.
Interested parties shall be required to provide details of the participating company, name and physical address, contact person, including a phone and email contact.
Note: Only pre-qualified companies will receive invitations to submit bids in furtherance of the Call for Tender process.
The pre-qualification Questionnaires and later Call for Tender will be issued via COMPANY's official e-sourcing system SAP-ARIBA
