DEPARTMENT HOTEL
1. Post: Hotel Chef (1)
Reports to: Hotel Manager
Salary Scale: UHTT14
Age Limit: 30-45 years

Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Art from a recognized University or Institution.
One should have a 5 years working experience in hotel kitchen from a recognized Hotel.

Duties:
1. Prepare and design all food menus.
2. Set standard operating procedures and recipes for the good running and operations of the kitchen
3. Supervise the kitchen operations to meet quality standards.
