Request for Expression of interest for: Provision of Technical and Engineering Works for Electrical
Hookup, Testing and Commissioning Activities.
Reference: 1077-EOI-GFS-UG-ELE-Provision of Technical and Engineering Works for Electrical Hookup, Testing and Commissioning Activities.
EITS Contractor (Electrical Instrumentation Telecommunication and Security Systems) for the EACOP project, invites experienced and reputable service providers to express their interest in the provision of Technical and Engineering Works for Electrical Hookup, Testing and Commissioning Activities.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The targeted commissioning activities will include, as a minimum, the following:
• Commissioning preparation Functional Tests
• Operational Tests
• End to End Testing
Additional Onsite activities include but are not limited to:
• Verification of all cable physical integrity, routing (segregation), supporting, bending radius, termination, labelling, core marking and connection (torquing) of all cables, including Electrical Systems, Instrumentation and Control Systems. Testing of all cable, such as continuity test, insulation test, high voltage withstand test, loop check, OTDR test and the like. LV electrical cable termination, cable labelling, core marking and connection at Transformers, Switchboards, MCCS, Distribution Boards, Control Panels, Marshalling Cabinets, Termination Boxes, Junction Boxes and Equipment as per scope of supply.
• Reassembly of all packaged units into shelters, electrical heat tracing sub stations, electrical substations, and instrument equipment rooms,
• Performance of any remedial work for defective systems, and re-test as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Proof of business registration and license(s) for Uganda.
• Proof of registration with the Uganda Revenue Authority:
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year available.
• Proof of registration with the National Supplier Database (NSD) for Uganda.
• Compliance with the Petroleum Midstream National Content Regulation #34, 2016 for Uganda
• Provide a Company Profile, Audited financial statements for the past 3 financial years and a Letter from your Banker(s).
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience and financial capacity in delivering such services.
Copy of Management Systems, Policies and Procedures AND/OR Certificates of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management Systems)/OSHA; or equivalent (as applicable).
Interested Companies that meet the minimum requirements and have the capability to provide the goods and services listed above, should express their interest by sending together with the above listed documents (in a zipped folder/s) an email to gacop.eits@se.com (not exceeding 20mbs).
All documents must be submitted in English language with the EOI reference number as the subject by latest Tuesday, 7th May 2024, 5:00 pm. East African Time (EAT)
CONTRACTOR reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier!
