RE-ADVERTISEMENT OF INVITATION TO BID FOR "CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF 5 STANCE LATRINES IN NEBBI, LIRA, BUYENDE, TORORO DISTRICTS UNDER PLAYFUL FUTURES PROJECT.
